At Emma's Bookshop, we want you to love your literary-inspired fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
